v2026.10.03.1

✨ Highlights

The product creation form and file import now catch a bad value before it is stored, keeping what you typed and showing the error where it belongs. Back office list exports now finish in minutes, and a packing supervisor can unlock a blocked packing operator directly from the packing station. A super admin can also require outgoing feeds, notifications and transport calls to verify a trusted certificate before they send anything.

Catch Product Import Errors Before They Happen

A bad value in a new product is now caught before it is stored, whether you fill in the form or import a file. The product creation form (Products > New) checks each value in your browser by the same rule the server applies, and a refused value stays in its field with the error shown instead of being lost. File import now checks each row too, and rejects a badly formatted value with a clear reason instead of silently storing it wrong. A cell value of 0 now counts as a real value instead of being left undecided.

Large Exports Now Take Minutes

Back office list exports now finish in minutes instead of hours. This covers the lists you already export, including products, orders and stock, with no change to how you request them.

Packing Supervisors Can Unlock a Blocked Badge

A packing supervisor can now unlock a packing operator whose badge has been blocked, directly from the packing station, instead of working around it another way. This keeps the packing operator moving without a separate admin action. The manual unlock is off by default; turn it on per site to allow it.

Trusted Certificates for Secure Connections

A super admin can now upload a certificate that the WMS trusts for one host and port. Configuration > IT & API > Trusted certificates holds the uploaded certificate. Every feed, notification and TMS (transport management system) call then verifies the receiver's certificate before sending it anything, so data never leaves for a receiver the WMS cannot confirm. These connections must also use a secure (https) address; an insecure one is rejected when you try to save it.

🚀 Features

WMS

  • The product creation form and file import now catch a bad value before it is stored.
  • Back office list exports now finish in minutes instead of hours.
  • A packing supervisor can now unlock a packing operator whose badge has been blocked, right from the packing station.
  • A super admin can now upload a certificate the WMS trusts for one host and port, from Configuration > IT & API > Trusted certificates.
  • A return parcel's shipping label can no longer be claimed using a tracking number another site already used.
  • A product that appears on at least one order can no longer be deleted, which used to leave broken references on the order.
  • Every back office delete now requires a confirmed action, so a bare link can no longer trigger one.
  • A super admin can now transfer a PDA (Portable Data Assistant) license to a reinstalled device.
  • A product's preview image can now be regenerated from its saved image address with one click.
  • Logging in to the WMS now also renews your documentation session, so it no longer expires separately.

Connector

  • Product movement updates sent to your system now include a fixed ID every time they are resent, so your system can recognize a repeat and never apply the same update twice.
  • When you request a list from the API a page at a time (for example products, stock, orders or returns), you now always get the same order every time, so nothing is skipped or repeated across pages.
  • A products feed that leaves out a product's extra reference codes now keeps the existing ones; only an empty list clears them.
  • Product and reception updates sent to your system are no longer repeated when your system replies with any valid success response.
  • Feed and notification addresses, and the connection to the TMS (transport management system), must now use a secure (https) address.
  • Creating an order through the API now also requires label and document links to be valid, secure web addresses.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • A security setting that limits login to specific networks was checking the wrong address, so it did not always restrict access correctly; it now checks the right one. If your site uses this setting, you may be signed out once when this update goes live.
  • Passwords are now always stored securely, never as plain readable text; the few accounts that still had one were automatically fixed.
  • Sync web addresses shown on the order and supplier order pages in the back office no longer reveal their password.
  • An unrecognized batch sent on a reception is now created automatically instead of being refused, and the PDA no longer fails when receiving one.
  • Saving a carrier with an invalid or duplicate code now shows a clear error, instead of failing or overwriting the other carrier's logo.
  • Stock and picked-quantity numbers from the API are now accurate: tiny rounding errors are gone, and units already picked are no longer counted twice.
  • One bad value in a products feed now skips only that item, and names it in the feed's log, instead of stopping the entire feed.
  • Creating an order through the API no longer fails with a server error when a value is too long; it now shows a clear error, and an order can be marked as blocked while it waits for its shipping label.
